We despatch daily, Monday to Friday. Orders placed (and paid) before 2pm are sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are posted next working day.
We don't despatch orders at the weekend, or on UK bank holidays.
You may cancel an order before it is despatched (see despatch times shown above) - details will be provided on your order confirmation email.
The majority of our orders are sent via Royal Mail. All orders are sent with a tracking reference.
Wherever possible, we will send your order in packaging which is small enough to fit through a standard letterbox, so you don't have to be in to receive it.
Larger orders may be sent in boxes, and (particularly those weighing more than 2kg) may be split into multiple packages, or sent with a different courier such as UPS, DPD, CollectPlus or Hermes.
UK customers can choose between 2nd class or 1st class postage, depending on whether cost or speed is most important to you:
- 2nd class orders are generally delivered in 2 to 3 days
- 1st class orders are generally delivered in 1 to 2 days.
If your order is particularly urgent, we can also ship items by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm).
Overseas orders are sent via Tracked / Signed or Tracked & Signed Airmail (depending which services are available in your country).
Please note, delays in postal services are outside our control, but we will do our best to follow up any problems with the relevant courier / postal service.
If you do not want your item for any reason, you may return it to us - as long as it is new, and unopened - within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any exceptions to this (e.g. customised or personalised items) will be shown on the relevant product pages.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. We will respond within 1 working day, with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We will process your refund within one working day of receiving your returned item(s).
